GENERAL TERMS AND GUIDELINES

‣ As the original artist, I reserve the rights to each artwork.
‣ Unless I have discussed it with the client beforehand, otherwise this allows me to publish the finished work on my platform and use it for example of my artwork.

As de commissioner, you have the right to the following:

‣ Use commissioned works for personal purposes, including using artwork on personal data, and printing for non-commercial purposes. Unless discussed with the commissioner in advance, I do not allow my work to be used for commercial purposes.

‣ If you use the art on profiles, credit links or mentions to my user or profile is highly appreciated.

Terms considered copyright infringement:

‣ Commercially copy or use copyrighted artworks for profiteering.

‣ Removal of my watermark/signature.

‣ Client claiming my artwork as their own.

‣ Tracing, republishing without credits or reproducing my artwork.

PAYMENT

‣ Payment must be sent first.

‣ I take payments via PayPal invoice, invoices are in USD.

‣ I do NOT do refunds.

PROCESS AND EDITS

‣ If you want to receive WIP photos, please let me know and I will send one WIP at each major stage for approval and any required editing.

‣ After sending the WIP, you must specify any edits required at that stage in the work. If editing notes are late or given after completion, any editing request may be rejected.

REFERENCE MATERIAL

‣ Clear digital, unshaded reference is required.

‣ If a reference isn't clear or up to date, it's not fault for any errors, I'll do my best to make everything accurate as possible but any issues from poor visibility are out of my control.

COMPLETION TIMES

‣ It may take a month to complete a commission. I hardly ever take that long, but sometimes my life and personal affairs surface and delay my work time.

‣ I'm comfortable drawing any species and if I haven't attempted it before I can give it a try!
